JBL® SB 300 at a glance: • All-inclusive system • Optimized performance • Two-channel front soundbar • Wireless powered subwoofer • Down-firing, bass-reflex subwoofer enclosure • Magnetically shielded components • 3-D surround processing • Dual-position EQ • Dual input connections • Subwoofer volume, crossover and phase controls • Auto power on • IR (infrared) remote control Optimized performance The SB 300 soundbar and subwoofer drivers are designed and custom-built to work together as a single system, delivering better overall performance than stand-alone components for more realistic movie and music experiences. Versatile front soundbar. The SB 300 soundbar – one sleek component integrating left and right speakers, amplifiers and controls – is styled with the distinctive JBL® Weave design to complement the look of flat-panel TVs. It is magnetically shielded to eliminate video interference and may be placed on a tabletop near the TV or wall-mounted with hardware that’s included in the SB 300’s carton. Wireless powered subwoofer. The 8-inch, 100-watt SB 300 powered subwoofer delivers deep, satisfying bass without speaker wires. Unlike conventional, front-firing subwoofers – which interact with nearby walls, causing unwanted reflections that can muddy the sound – the down-firing SB 300 sub interacts principally with your floor, and its enclosure is ported for improved bass output and quality. 3-D surround processing. In addition to traditional stereo playback, the SB 300 features 3-D surround processing, which creates a realistic surround-sound experience that’s effective for both movies and music. Dual input connections. YConnect to both your TV and your DVD player or another audio source at the same time, and eliminate cable swapping. IR remote. A credit-card sized remote controls SB 300 power, volume and audio inputs. From the pioneer in movie sound. It was James B. Lansing and a team of engineers who developed high-quality movie theater sound in the 1930s, and it’s been JBL® systems that have introduced successive generations of movie-goers to all the important innovations since, including 70mm stereo and Dolby® and THX® audio processing. Today, you’ll find JBL equipment not only in theaters but also in recording studios, concert halls, arenas, stadiums, dance clubs and theme parks around the world. Audio professionals prize our systems for their power, accuracy and dynamic range. Chances are, many of your favorite songs and movie soundtracks were originally mixed and mastered on JBL studio monitors. But you don’t have to be a professional to bring the legendary JBL sound home. We build exceptional home entertainment systems that incorporate many of the same advanced technologies, materials and manufacturing techniques that we originally developed for our professional systems.
