With each delivery method mentioned below, the trucking company will call you when your package arrives at their local terminal to schedule your actual delivery appointment.

CURBSIDE SHIPPING is defined as "delivered to the front door." In this instance, our common carrier is obligated to take the product off of the truck and bring it to the front door. The driver is not obligated to bring the product into the home with Curbside Shipping. With curbside delivery to an apartment building, the driver will only bring your package to the front door if there is an elevator - there is an additional delivery charge for stairs.

THRESHOLD DELIVERY:

With Threshold Delivery, the common carrier is responsible to take the product off of the truck and bring it just inside the Front Door. He is not obligated to place the unit in a particular room, nor will he unbox the product or remove the box from the home. There is an additional charge if the delivery driver is required to bring your package up or down any stairs.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: 

With White Glove Delivery, the common carrier is responsible to take the product off of the truck and bring the unit into the room of your choice. The driver will also unbox the unit and remove the box from the home, if you wish. THE DRIVER WILL NOT PLUG IN THE PRODUCT OR MAKE ANY CONNECTIONS, as this is not permitted. There is an additional charge if the delivery driver is required to bring your package up or down any stairs.
