Return Policy

The High Definition Store is an authorized dealer for all products we sell and every product carries a full USA MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Return Policy Defective Returns Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 10 days from the receipt of your product*. Within this period you will be required to contact our office at 1-888-429-4388 and notify us of the trouble you are having. At this time you may be asked to perform certain trouble-shooting procedures to determine if your product is defective. If this is the case a Return Authorization number will be provided. Defective products must be prepared for return in their original box with all packaged materials, accessories, and any and all promotional materials shipped with the product. The UPC label must be intact and the serial number of the actual product must match that on the actual carton. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Attach the provided RA# to the outside of the carton (Do not write this on the actual carton). Once the product is prepared for return as per the above guidelines we will arrange to have the defective product retrieved and returned to our offices. Once received back and inspected a replacement will be shipped. Damaged Returns We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. Display products larger than 46" are delivered via a trucking service inside your home with the option of unbox with inspection. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please refuse the shipment. A replacement will be processed immediately upon notification. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged contact our customer service department immediately at 1-888-429-4388. Displays 46" and below are delivered standard UPS to your doorstop. Please refuse any delivery which appears damaged or call us within the first 24 hours to report any issues with your delivery. Non-Defective Returns All purchases are returnable if still in original condition with the original manufacturers carton and all provided accessories within 10 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. A Return Authorization is required if returning any product.You are required to call us within the return time frame at which time a Return Authorization number will be provided. Attach this number with your return (Do not write this information on the carton). You will be responsible for the full shipping amount when returning your product. As such you will be responsible for any damage and/or claims incurred with your shipment. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any merchandise returned that is missing packing material and/or accessories. All opened merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box. Once the product is received back at our office, a refund, or credit if desired of the original purchase price will be provided. Service Returns will not be accepted after the 10 day return period. If service is required after this time please call our office and we will assistant you with any information necessary to have your product properly serviced. As noted we are authorized dealers for all product we offer assuring that any issues that occur after your purchase will be addressed properly by the manufacturer.
