TELEVISION SHIPPING INFORMATION



TheHighDefinitionStore.com is very pleased to offer FREE THRESHOLD PLUS INSIDE DELIVERY for LED, PLASMA and DLP televisions larger than 46" in size. FOR ALL SETS 46" IN SIZE AND SMALLER, PRODUCT WILL BE SENT "FREE" VIA UPS OR USPS. This applies to the (48) Contiguous states only. Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

With every order shipped via Common Carrier, the trucking company will email you once your order has shipped and inform you regarding how to schedule your delivery appointment online. If the trucking company does not get a response to their email, they will call you when your package arrives at their local terminal to schedule your actual delivery appointment.

A detail of the services that you can expect with your FREE THRESHOLD PLUS Delivery Service are listed below. However, THRESHOLD PLUS can be defined as "delivered inside the front door", where the common carrier is responsible to take the product off of the truck and deliver the product just inside the recipient’s preferred entrance. The decision whether two trained providers will deliver the product is dependent upon the size and weight of the product, and this decision is solely at the discretion of the Common Carrier.

A Comprehensive Physical Inspection Form will be provided upon delivery and TheHighDefinitionStore.com STRONGLY ADVISES all customers to adhere to the request on delivery to open the box, inspect the product and complete this form. Your FREE THRESHOLD PLUS INSIDE DELIVERY includes the option to have the trucking company open the box and allow you, the customer, to inspect the product for any damages. Upon inspection, you will have the ability to note any delivery issues with regard to your product, including refusing the delivery should your product appear damaged

SHOULD YOU REFUSE TO OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT, any Freight Claim MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN (72) HOURS from the delivery time in order to qualify to submit a claim only. This does not guarantee any acceptance of your claim as that will depend upon the inspection to be performed by a representative for the trucking company.

SHIPPING / RECEIVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS – IMPORTANT!

Purchase with confidence! Your product is fully covered under our insurance policy to the shipping destination. However, the following important conditions apply.

1. You are personally responsible to inspect the item, upon receipt, to ensure that it meets your satisfaction. This is to be done before accepting and signing for your product. For televisions larger than 46”, your product will be delivered by a common carrier. Your purchase includes Free Inside Home Delivery with Inspection. You are responsible to open the carton and inspect for any damages before signing the Bill of Lading and accepting your delivery. All items smaller than a 46” Television will ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS. Any damages noted for these deliveries are to be reported within (24) hours from the time of delivery.

2. In the event the item is damaged or does not meet your satisfaction, the item MUST be refused and SHOULD NOT be signed for. Rather, you are responsible to note the reason for the refusal by writing it on the Bill of Lading. This would pertain to all deliveries for televisions larger than 46” and any UPS, Fedex and USPS deliveries, if you are home to inspect and sign for them.

3. Upon notification from the shipping company, steps will be taken to file a freight claim or have the product returned to our warehouse.

4. A replacement unit will be shipped out, once Step 3 above is completed, if you indicate you wish to have a replacement unit sent.

5. A refund will be issued against your account, if you so choose, once you have refused the shipment "due to damages noticed upon delivery." Please note that the refund will be issued once a freight claim is issued or the product is physically returned to our warehouse and inspected. Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date the product is returned to our warehouse.

Opened box merchandise, cancellations, change of shipping notifications once shipped or returns under any other circumstances other than damages are subject to additional charges and fees. Thank you for your purchase!
